Wieniger bio organic fresh yeast is produced with certified organic materials from plant origin by a careful and long fermentation. The yeast is then separated from the substrate, concentrated and packaged. The whole process is monitored closely and certified organic under the EU regulation.

Wieninger bio organic yeast is designed to be used in a wide range of baking applications. Each lot is tested for its raising power before it is released. Wieninger bio organic yeast can be used in standard and sweet dough recipes. It has also been proven to work well in frozen dough products.

Application of organic yeast is similar to conventional yeast. Some adjustments to the recipe might be necessary and a longer proofing time leads to more aroma and better results.

Wieninger bio is available as 500g block, 5x500g block and in 25kg bags.

Wieninger bio is available as cube of 42g packaged in a display box of 24 cubes.
