Maltesekors organic fresh yeast is the more natural addition to the traditional Maltesekors yeast made and sold in Denmark.
It is produced with certified organic materials from plant origin by a careful and long fermentation. The yeast is then separated from the substrate, concentrated and packaged. The whole process is monitored closely and certified organic under the EU regulation.
Maltesekors organic yeast is designed to be used in a wide range of baking applications. Each lot is tested for its raising power before it is released.
Maltesekors organic yeast is available in the familiar size as cube of 50g. It can thus be used in your usual recipe without adjusting it.
