Lallemand is a privately held Canadian company, founded at the end of the 19th century, specializing in the development, production, and marketing of yeasts and bacteria.

Lallemand strives to create a worldwide “one big family” atmosphere for its employees by encouraging teamwork, positive work environments, and a strong communication base with its customers.
To support market and customer demand we have invested in the development of a range of organic yeast products. These are made with ingredients derived from organic agriculture. We focus on the quality of the products combining decade’s old know-how of yeast production with the requirements of organic agriculture and food processing.
Our organic yeast products are made in different locations in the EU following the rules of the EU organic regulation. We offer yeast products for baking, as ingredients for savory and health food and for fermented beverages.
