Organic Yeast Extract

Bio-Lyfe™ is made from organic yeast that has been grown on plant substrates from organic agriculture. Through further processing the water soluble components of the yeast such as proteins are released and form the so called “yeast extract”. The whole process is carefully monitored and certified organic under the EU regulations.

Savory Flavour

Bio-Lyfe™ contains naturally 5’ nucleotides and short peptides which taste savory and add flavor to a wide range of applications such as seasonings, soups, snacks, vegetarian meat replacers and meat products.
